Regional meetings in six cities (held simultaneously with the operator competitions) will start in the morning, continue with lunch, and conclude with watching the operator competition. Local contractors, excavation companies, construction firms, mining firms, and regional public institutions will be invited by TOBB. Within the framework of the TEPAV MEGATRENDS2030 Report, presentations will be made addressing the specific needs of the region where the event is held, including public procurement and planning insights.

The purpose of these launches is to introduce KOMATEK and its upcoming events, attract high-potential visitors, and explain the transportation support provided under the name "KOMATEK Tour" for those unable to travel from Anatolia to Istanbul for the exhibition. Participation will be free of charge.
